First I would like to say that this is the official game, just mega compressed.

Second I would like to say yes, this game in now Play4Free or Free2Play or w.e. but lookie here:

So the regular way that you would download and install Battleforge is download the 80mb file on the main website, which then downloads the 2.5gb file of the basic game, which then you launch via a bootstrapper to install all the other features which would add up to a total of 7.38GB worth of files you’ve downloaded.

But that’s not all, look at the system requirements:

5.02. What are the hardware requirements for BattleForge?
Windows XP/Vista
DVD-Drive (not needed if you purchase the game as a digital download)
Internet connection: 512 kb (DSL oder Cable)
CPU: 1,8GHz AMD64 or Intel Core (or comparable)
512 MB (XP), 1 GB (Vista)
Graphics card with 128 MB, NVidia GeForce 6000-Series or better, ATI Radeon 9500 or better
Minimum 10 GB hard drive space for Installation
Display: minimum 1024×768

So yea, 10GB… you want to download 10GB or only 2.15GB No-brainers are win.

So all you have to do is download the compressed version of Battleforge via the RS links below, un-zip it, then run the setup.bat and you’re done =)

This took me about 5 hours to compress, about 1 hour and a half to test and correct errors, and about 15 hours to upload, So please just take 15 seconds to say thanks!

This has been tested and runs on:
Vista x64
Xp x32 (x86)
Xp through VMware on Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04)
